Payment & Reservation
Please make a payment for the tour (I’ll send you a digital invoice by which you can pay using your credit card). After payment has been made, your reservation will be confirmed. All payments need to be made in advance to secure reservation.

Cancellation policy
In case that clients wish to cancel the tour, the policy below will apply to the cancellation. Clients will be charged a certain percentage of the tour fee upon cancellation. Please note that the following dates are local time in Japan.

- The amount calculated by deducting each cancellation fee from the received tour price shall be paid to guests after the cancellation.
- No show on the day due to guests’ circumstances is regarded as a cancellation on the day, so the cancellation fee will be 100% of the tour price.
- Jolly’s Tokyo private tour reserves the right to cancel the tour if bad weather forecast (typhoon, snow, heavy rain, intense heat etc.) is announced or other unforeseen events has happened near the tour day. In this case, I will inform guests the cancellation 1 to 2 days before the tour. The tour price will be 100% refunded.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour. I highly recommend having your own travel insurance that covers all the risks during your stay in Japan. While I will take the most care and attention to conduct the tour safely, I shall not be responsible for any injury, loss and troubles.
